I find the Caesars law to be fascinating. I believe in reincarnation as far as we can never be truly destroyed. A piece of us must live on somehow. This can't be all there is.
I'm going to try the mindfulness walk in the morning. I already try to breathe deeper on morning walks, now I'll count and chant too π
This can't be all there is...and yet...nothing is created...so it IS all there is, just in so many expressions and forms. The curiosity of what could be in all the various iterations is limitless.
Let me know how the mindfulness walk goes. I love my morning nature walks with a certain section of it with a cadence of breathing and chanting. When a physical action is matched to breath and intention, so many things align!
I did it this morning. It's hard to keep a cadence with Dezi though, she's a ground sniffer lol. But just the idea of intentionally doing it was great.
I never even thought about walking like that and doing that even though that's something I did all the time while I Ran So I'm definitely going to be trying this out today I'll literally was just swinging my arms while I was walking around at work I probably looked crazy cuz I was all so holding two cases of cranberry juice

yeah, itβs harder to keep rhythm and cadence with a dog. and, if you even get a couple strides, it works.
Offleash parks will be better for this. However, we have to wait until this stinkin' heatwave is over with. π«

OOOH! adding cases of cranberry juice as weight resistance to really train your arms to work opposite your legs...that's magick!
It actually helped me sync up faster because I could feel the tug and pull. Can't wait to start trying this more!
